Features
All BETA calenders for hot and cold treatment are equipped with the Beta-Roll®, our exclusive patented system for equipressure, with working pressure up to 300 N/mm, with an onboard 20-bar air compressore for the pressure system of the machine.
BETA High Pressure Calenders are ideal in the treatment of heavy felts or textile fabrics, when a very high squeeze is needed in combination with high temperature.
The design of our Calenders allows great accessibility for maintenance, cleaning, roll disassembling and threading.

Ideal for high squeezing.
The small diameter heated central roll allows a huge energy save compared to the traditional higher diameter rolls.
The heating of the steel rolls is through diathermic oil circulation up to 220°C.
All BETA High Pressure Calenders have a 20-bar pneumatic system for putting the rolls under pressure. This assures a damping effect which protects the rolls’ from accidental damage.
